A place for families to find support before, during, and after their adoption & fostering process. As a foster mother, there are quite a few things I wish I knew about adoption, fostering, and parenthood in general before beginning.
No information could truly prepare me for what was ahead but community has made it all the better. That’s why I created Adapted - to have a safe space for people whose stories resembled mine and a community to be honest, open, and, graciously ‘adapt’ to our new normal together.
